Album Index screen
Album menu
| New Album | Creates new album. |
| Copy Album | Creates a copy of an album. |
| Delete Album | Deletes album. |
| Backup Album | Makes backup of an album on your computer. This menu is used when restoring the album that you have backed up on your computer. |
| Exchange Data with PC | Transfers album from your CLIÉ handheld to the PictureGear Studio software on your computer. Also, you can import binders created the PictureGear Studio software to your CLIÉ handheld. |
View menu
| Change Font | Changes the size of the letters used on the screen. |
Options menu
| About CLIE Album | Shows version information for the CLIE Album application. |
Page Index screen
Page menu
| New Page | Creates new page. |
| Delete Page | Deletes a page. |
| Add Data | Pastes image files on a page. |
| Move Pages | Changes the order of pages. |
| Album Information | Shows detailed information of the album. |
View menu
| Change View | Changes the display of Page Index screen. |
| Change Font | Changes the size of the letters used on the screen. |
Output menu
| PhotoStand | Creates PhotoStand settings for the images pasted on albums. |
| Marks the images to be printed by a DPOF compatible printer. |

| About CLIE Album | Shows version information for the CLIE Album application. |
