You can sort the address entries in one of the following ways:

On the Address Book screen, tap
 , Options, then Preferences.The Preferences dialog box is displayed.

Tap either of items in List By.
Select the desired order when Address Book starts.

Tap OK.
The Address Book entries are listed in the selected order.

Viewing addresses by category
You can tap 
at the top right of the screen to change the category.
