Changing the settings for the memo

You can add a new category as required.

1	Tap the category at the top right of the screen.
2	Tap Edit Categories from the Category list. The Edit Categories dialog box is displayed.
3	Tap New. The Edit Categories entry box is displayed.
4	Enter a new category name, then tap OK. The newly entered name appears on the Edit Categories dialog box.
5	Tap OK.

Deleting an unnecessary category

1	Tap (Category) at the top right of the screen.
2	Tap Edit Categories from the Category list.
3	Tap the category that you want to delete.
4	Tap Delete.

You can specify the setting for beaming the memo that exceeds 4 Kbytes

On the List view, tap

, Options, then Preferences.

The Preferences dialog box is displayed.

Select the status for beaming.

•	as-is data: Beams data as it is.
•	only 4kb data: Beams up to 4 Kbytes of the memo, if it exceeds 4 Kbytes.
•	split data: Split the memo into 4Kbytes or fewer if the memo exceeds 4 Kbytes when beaming.

Tap OK.
