This section describes the menu commands specific to To Do List. For menu items common to other CLIE applications, see “Common menu items” in the Handbook provided with your CLIÉ™ handheld.

The following items appear when you tap Menu

| Delete Item | Deletes the current To Do item. The Delete To Do dialog box is displayed. |
| Attach Note | Adds comments to the current To Do item. Choosing this menu item displays a screen for entering comments. |
| Delete Note | Deletes comments from the current To Do item. Choosing this menu item displays the Delete Note dialog box. |
| Purge | Allows you to delete the completed items from To Do List. Run this command to save memory if there are too many To Do items stored on your CLIÉ™ handheld.
Note
By default, the items that you purge will be saved to the Palm Desktop for CLIÉ software on your computer during the next HotSync® operation. To delete the items completely, deselect the check box ( ) for “Save archive copy on PC” in the Purge dialog box. |
| Beam Item | Sends the currently selected To Do item to another CLIÉ™ handheld via the infrared communications port. | Beam Category | Sends all the To Do items in the currently selected category to another CLIÉ™ handheld via the infrared communications port. |
Options menu
| Font | You can select a desired font in the Select Font dialog box. |
| Phone Lookup | The Lookup screen is displayed. If there is an Address Book entry, you can look up the phone number of the selected item. |
| Security | Hides the current record unless the password is entered. You can select the view option from Show Records, Mask Records, or Hide Records. |
| About To Do List | Shows the version information for To Do List. |
